Patrick J Hart is a CPA as well as an Attorney. He is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court, the United State District Court, and the United States Tax Court.

Before going into private practice Mr. Hart spent two years as an estate tax attorney for the Internal Revenue Service and fifteen years as director of taxes for Transamerica Commercial Finance Corporation in Chicago.

Pat has written a number of articles in professional journals on taxation and estate planning and over the years has been a frequent speaker on the topics. He has also taught business law at DePaul University in Chicago.
