Asset Protection
Estate Planning is not a one size fits all operation. Every person has specific needs concerning the support of their loved ones, the care of their children, or the continuation of their business. Some individuals can derive a significant benefit from establishing a living trust that will allow them to pass on their property without the probate process, while others find that a traditional will meets all their requirements and establishing a living trust would only result in spending unnecessary lawyer fees. You need an estate planning attorney who is knowledgeable and experienced; but also one who will listen to your needs and answer your questions; someone who can provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing you have put together an estate plan that is right for your situation.
We believe we have the skills and the desire to serve your estate planning needs, and that we can enable you to meet this goal
Patrick Hart began his professional career as an Estate and Gift Tax Attorney for the Internal Revenue Service in the 1970s, and he has worked in estate and tax planning ever since. Before going into private practice Pat worked as a tax accountant for one of the big eight CPA firms, and he spent fifteen years as director of taxes for a multi billion dollar international financial services company. Patrick Hart is also a CPA and can add his knowledge of accounting and finance to the estate planning process. He has written in various professional journals on estate planning and he has been a frequent speaker on the subject.
