United Stated Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois 

The Website for the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois contains useful information on bankruptcy procedures as well as free bankruptcy forms that can be downloaded and completed using PDF Format.  The site also allows you to research bankruptcy cases in the district and the local court schedules. 

Internal Revenue Service

The official website of the Internal Revenue Service contains IRS publications on various topics, and free income tax forms and estate tax forms for the current year and prior years.  Most of the tax forms can be downloaded onto your computer and completed using PDF Format.

Lake County Court Clerk

This is the website for the Court Clerk of Lake County Illinois.  The site contains useful information on Illinois legal procedures as well as local court rules and forms.

Lake County Housing Authority

The Lake County Housing Authority provides housing opportunities and information for low and moderate income households.  Their programs include assistance in working with mortgage companies for households that have fallen delinquent in their mortgage payments.

United States Code

This link provdes access to the Unites States Code, including the Internal Revenue Code and the Bankruptcy Code.

This provides a directory of the United States Federal Court System.
